We have a team of 18 dedicated crews, strategically located throughout the UK, together with field supervisors and administrative staff ensuring swift response times. We look after 10,000 sites and have made over 17,000 site visits within the past 12 months.
Contract co-ordinators run each contract using a computerized database containing details of the contract, sites, sign menus and service history information.
A 24-hour, 365-days-a-year help desk handles calls for accident damage, illumination failure and emergency response. Our help desk staff record the request onto the database, which is electronically routed to the regional operational centers for action.
We take health and safety issues very seriously, and our engineers are fully trained and accredited to UKPIA, CSCS and IPAF standards.
